Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There will be possible delays due to high volume orders or postal service problems. 

We ship International. Customers are responsible for any Import Duty. Shipping rate & times may varies depend on postal service. Free shipping for orders over $100 in Canada. 

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Regular Mail (no tracking) via Canada Post: Arrives in 3-5 business days within Ontario and 7-9 business days within Canada. Cost will be estimated automatically during checkout.

  2. Free Shipping across Canada (with tracking) for orders of 8 cards or more.

For faster delivery, choose Expedited Shipping via Canada Post with tracking: Guaranteed delivery in 3 business days within Ontario and 5 business days within Canada at a flat rate of $13 per order.

We offer flat rate shipping for orders to the USA at $3/card. For the rest of the world, it's $4/card. Enjoy affordable shipping rates no matter where you are!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@roseswithoutthorns.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We currently do not accept returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@roseswithoutthorns.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
